Head Chef – Coastal Seafood, Mentoring Team & Growth

Rockfish Budleigh is seeking a dedicated Head Chef to lead a team of chefs and ensure exceptional dining standards in a beautiful coastal town. You will work closely with front-of-house to deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold our commitment to sustainability.

As Head Chef, you’ll manage stock, minimise wastage and control labour to meet financial KPIs, while coaching staff and driving ongoing training for career progression within Rockfish’s group of 12 award-winning restaurants.
