Loungers is hiring a full-time Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Porto Lounge, a local café bar. You’ll drive high standards, build a cohesive kitchen team and run a kitchen as your own, with clear development plans for KPs and chefs.

You’ll own the kitchen operations, manage menus and processes, and focus on delivering great food with strong GP performance while fostering a one-team culture across front and back of house.
