Position: Finance Business Partner (FTC)

Duration: 12-month

Location: Glasgow (hybrid)

Salary: £46,000 + excellent pension / wider benefits

Rutherford Cross is pleased to be partnering with a large, complex organisation with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
n
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
n
• Produce monthly management accounts, performance reports and meaningful financial commentary
n
• Deliver insightful analysis to support informed decision-making across a range of operational areas
n
• Maintain the integrity of financial data, ensuring reconciliations are completed and variances investigated
n
• Partner with budget holders and non-finance stakeholders, providing expert financial guidance and challenge
n
• Assist with business case preparation, options appraisals and strategic projects
n
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiencies across financial processes and reporting
n
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls and governance requirements
n
n
Candidate Profile:
n
• Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience
n
• Previous experience in a management accounting, finance business partnering or financial analysis role
n
• Strong Excel skills
n
• Available within 4 weeks notice
