Share Plans Manager

Overview

As Endava’s Share Plan Manager, you lead governance, administration and continuous improvement of global equity programs. You guide the Share Plans team, ensuring timely, accurate processing and high service standards. You act as the equity compensation expert for senior stakeholders across Total Rewards, Finance, Tax, Legal and the Board. You translate complex plan rules into practical recommendations for Executive leadership and governance forums. This role offers a chance to shape a scalable, compliant global share plan function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Share Plans team to deliver high performance and customer focus
• Set priorities, allocate workloads and ensure on-time delivery of operations
• Oversee end-to-end administration of global employee and executive share plans
• Manage grants, vesting, exercises, maturities, maturities, and other plan events
• Maintain plan documentation, procedures, and governance records
• Prepare papers and presentations for Executive leadership, Remuneration Committee and Board
• Provide expert advice on equity compensation, plan rules and governance
• Ensure compliance with plan rules, securities regulations, tax, and internal controls
• Support audits and manage governance risks
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
• Identify process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and participant experience
• Deliver clear guidance to employees and leaders in share plan matters
• Act as internal expert for operational share plan matters
• Coordinate with Company Secretariat on governance processes

Key requirements

• Experience managing employee share plans within a listed company
• Experience leading a specialist administration team
• Strong understanding of equity compensation, plan administration and governance
• Experience preparing papers and presenting to executive leadership, Boards or Committees
• Experience managing external share plan providers and advisers
• Experience operating within a controlled and regulated environment

• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
• Confident communication with Executive leaders and Board members
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent organizational and project management capability
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with share plan administration platforms
