In this role, you will lead a portfolio of Science & Technology projects, guiding initiatives from initiation to completion while supporting Science Futures efforts and the digital transformation agenda. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and digital functions to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion
- Develop robust project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Monitor project performance and provide progress updates to leadership
- Ensure governance, risk management, issue resolution and stakeholder engagement throughout lifecycles
- Drive project execution with focus on quality, compliance and business outcomes
- Build relationships with stakeholders across S&T, Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, R&D and other functions
- Support planning and delivery of Science Futures projects and critical initiatives
- Support the implementation of the S&T digital strategy and partner to deliver digital solutions and process improvements

- Track record of delivering complex projects and programmes
- Strong project management expertise (planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement)
- Experience in cross-functional environments
