Supply Chain Optimization Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance supply chain network optimization models using specialist software to evaluate strategic and operational scenarios
• Analyze complex data sets and run multiple model scenarios to assess performance, cost, service and capacity impacts
• Present model outputs and business cases to senior stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable insights
• Identify opportunities to improve modelling methodologies, automation, and reporting capabilities
• Translate modelling outputs into clear recommendations for decision-making across the business
• Drive continuous improvement across modelling approaches and analytical capabilities

Key requirements

• Experience with supply chain optimization software is essential; experience with Llamasoft and Optilogic is highly advantageous
• Proven ability to build and maintain complex supply chain or network models and translate outputs into recommendations
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills with experience influencing directors and executives
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in executive-ready presentations and data-driven business cases
