Job Description:
Hall&Kay Fire Engineering seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial delivery on sprinkler installation projects. You will oversee interim and final accounts, prepare budgets with the Sales team and Project Manager, and monitor monthly cost performance while protecting the company from financial risks.
You will liaise with clients, subcontractors and project teams, manage variations and notices, and mentor junior staff.
