Ernest And Florent LTD in Cobham, Surrey, is seeking an Experienced Quantity Surveyor to run 2–3 high-end residential projects from concept to completion. The role sits within the commercial division and involves close collaboration with the director, with one day per week to work from home.

You will need a Quantity Surveying degree and at least 4 years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor, and strong pre/post-contract knowledge. A professional, team-focused mindset is essential.
