We’re recruiting an experienced HR Manager to join the HR team of a leading London-based law firm.

You’ll have experience within a law firm or professional services environment, with a good understanding of the pace and demands of these businesses.

The role offers a broad mix of HR business partnering, employee relations, management coaching and HR projects, including performance management, policy development and employee engagement initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Adviser.
• Has strong employee relations experience.
• Builds trusted relationships and confidently advises managers.
• Is proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused.
