SC-Cleared Contracts & Governance Manager

ARM is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Bristol team for a 6-month contract. You will run commercial governance, develop negotiation strategies, and manage obligations registers to mitigate risk while aligning with Defence sector requirements.

You will support negotiations with customers and review NDAs and collaboration agreements, guiding the Commercial team and ensuring approvals within delegated authorities.
