Group HR Manager: Lead Multi-Site People Strategy

Office Angels Limited in Leicester is seeking a Group HR Manager to lead a small HR team, provide expert advice to managers across multiple sites, and drive the organisation’s people strategy.

This hands-on role involves coaching, handling complex employee relations, overseeing HR administration, policies, contracts, and GDPR compliance, and supporting recruitment, training, and engagement initiatives.

Regular travel between sites is required and you will report to the Group HR Director.
