You would build and maintain the financial model, produce the reporting leadership runs on, and make sure the numbers are something people can actually act on rather than admire.
In a company this size that means genuine influence — the analysis goes straight to the people making the decision.
The work
What you would own:
- The financial model and scenario planning
- Monthly management reporting and variance analysis
- Unit economics, cohorts and payback analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting cycles
- The metrics reporting the board sees
What we are looking for
Three or more years in financial analysis or FP&A, with strong modelling and real spreadsheet depth.
An understanding of subscription metrics, care with numbers other people will rely on, and the ability to present financial information to people who are not in finance.
Where you work
This role is based in London, with most people in two or three days a week. The rest of the company is remote, so you will not be the only person on a video call — but this particular job is better done in a room with other people, and we would rather say that plainly than discover it six months in.
We sponsor visas for it. Apply from any country: if you are the person we want, we will sponsor your work visa and cover the move — the application fees, the legal costs, and the relocation itself. Our People team runs the process with you rather than handing you a form and wishing you luck.
Pay and the rest of it
£50,000–£70,000 a year, reviewed every year against the market for where you live, plus share options — everyone here owns a piece of the company.
Flexible hours, a budget for whatever laptop and desk you actually want, an annual learning budget, generous paid time off that we check people take, and paid parental leave for every parent however you become one.
