Senior Night Hospice Nurse – At-Home Care Lead

Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is recruiting for a Community Hospice at Home Senior Staff Nurse/Paramedic (Night Team). The post is 28.5 hours per week, three 9.5-hour night shifts (21:15–07:15) across seven days, based at Peace Hospice.

You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, respond to SOS calls visiting patients at home, coordinate assessment and planning, and uphold the organisation’s mission and values. A valid UK driving licence and professional registration are essential.
