Residential Children’s Worker — Trauma-Informed Care & Growth

Derbyshire County Council is recruiting Residential Children’s Workers for a home in Chapel-en-le-Frith to provide care for up to four young people aged 11–18. You’ll join a small team, receive supervision, and contribute to a person-centred service in line with national standards.

You must be open to relationship-focused, psychologically informed practice and be willing to undertake the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within two years.
