Deputy Ward Manager — Acute Female MH, Quality Lead

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager for Iris Ward. You will support the Clinical Team Manager, lead an integrated MDT, and drive quality improvement while delivering safe, person-centred care in a demanding acute ward environment.

You will be part of a Trust that values excellence, coaching leadership, and respect for service users and carers. DBS clearance is required, and flexible working requests will be considered.
