Senior Nurse (Nights) – Clinical Leader & Mentor

Barchester Healthcare Limited is seeking a Senior Nurse (General) to lead nights at a care home in Basingstoke. You’ll provide hands-on clinical leadership, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of resident care while adhering to NMC regulations.

You’ll assess new residents, develop care plans, manage medicines, and mentor junior nurses. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, DoLs/MCA, and governance will help you drive improvements in safety and quality.
