Hybrid Business Process Analyst – Change & Governance

Gist Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to support our change and transformation agenda, based in Chineham with hybrid working options.

You will work with operating, technical and project teams to shape business needs into clear requirements and governance frameworks. Key duties include developing project documentation, facilitating requirement workshops, and improving Jira/PMO tooling, with a strong emphasis on governance, reporting and structured ways of working.
