Senior Service Improvement Lead – Adult Social Care

Bristol City Council is seeking a Senior Service Improvement Manager to help establish the Adult Social Care Service Improvement & Business Management Unit. You will lead improvement activity, strengthen governance and build capability across teams, ensuring evidence informs action.

You will collaborate with Heads of Service and senior leaders to diagnose challenges, design sustainable solutions and drive large-scale change that improves outcomes for Bristol residents.
