Senior Education Catering Operations Manager

Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of primary, secondary schools and colleges across the UK. You will oversee site teams, drive performance, and build strong client relationships while ensuring high standards of safety, quality and financial control.

This 52-week, Monday–Friday role requires hands-on leadership, commercial awareness and the ability to roll up sleeves when needed. You will manage budgets, KPIs and compliance across diverse school sites.
