Head of Maintenance & Facilities (Care Home)

Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of its care homes. The role involves hands-on upkeep of the building and gardens, leading a small team and coordinating with contractors to ensure residents live in a clean, well-maintained environment.

You will work closely with the General Manager on annual budget planning, and you should be comfortable managing tasks independently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff.
