UX Designer – CRO & E-commerce, Hybrid 6m Contract

Dr. Martens is seeking a hands-on UX Designer to join the Digital team on a six-month fixed-term basis. You will transform UX research into testable designs, support CRO experiments, and help evolve the roadmap for premium online experiences across markets.

You’ll collaborate with product owners and developers in an agile setup. Hybrid working is offered with a focus on delivering high-quality, accessible experiences that strengthen the Dr. Martens brand globally.
