Head Chef: Lead a High-Standard, Team-Driven Kitchen

Loungers in Truro seeks a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen, build strong teams and drive high standards across service. You’ll own the kitchen on shift, coach KPs and Chefs, and ensure every dish leaves the pass to spec.

You’ll manage GP, stock, wastage and safety KPIs, schedule rosters and partner with front of house to foster a true one-team culture. A paid overtime and bonus scheme awaits the right candidate.
