Part-Time HR Business Partner — People & Change

Ingenium Search is seeking a part-time People Partner to support a busy business across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with managers and employees to provide practical HR guidance and ensure consistent HR practices across teams.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, workforce planning and organisational change. You’ll be on-site two days per week with flexible arrangements to fit workload and stakeholder needs.
