Butlin’s is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to own end-to-end recruitment for resort roles, ensuring effective and fair hiring aligned with our values. The role involves drafting adverts, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and proactive sourcing to build a strong candidate pool.

You will maintain compliance with UK employment law and GDPR, manage relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to continuous recruitment improvements.
