Senior Recruitment Consultant — Education, Flexible & Uncapped Commission

Academy Education Network (AEN) is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead recruitment efforts across multiple institutions and mentor junior consultants. You will manage key institutional relationships, oversee the candidate pipeline, and drive enrolment targets while reporting recruitment KPIs to senior management.
