Housing Access & Allocation Advisor

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Homefinder and Registration Advisor to join Derby City Council’s Housing Team on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Register applicants, verify eligibility, and assess housing need, supporting vulnerable residents through the rehousing process and managing bids within the Housing Allocations framework. Experience in social housing and Part 6 Act 1996 is essential.
