Purchasing Administrator- Portadown
Your new company A fantastic opportunity to work for a well established, recognised engineering organisation based in Portadown. This organisation is a market leader in their industry and have a fantastic reputation. Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator. This is a full time permanent job. Hours of work are either Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:00 and Friday: 07:00 – 12:00 OR Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 17.15 and Friday 08.00 – 12.00. Salary for this role is 30k-32k.
Your new role
As Purchasing Administrator duties include:
- Ensure that all purchase requisitions are approved and converted in a timely manner.
- Ensure supplier orderbooks are up to date and monitor due dates on open orders
- Generate stock reports through the ERP system and action against reorder points.
- Onboard new suppliers to the ERP system
- Book incoming & outgoing transport.
- Administrating Travel & Expenses
- Complete customs import declarations
- Customs administrative duties
- Other purchasing related duties and administration duties that may be required
