Field Sales Rep

We are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Rep for a leading company with head offices in Mallusk. Who due to continued growth are seeking to appoint a Technical Sales Engineer to help manage key customer accounts and deal with technical queries.

This role can be fully remote when the successful candidate is not on the road travelling to customer sites mainly across Co Down & Co Fermanagh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the tender bid process including understanding, reviewing and reporting out commercial and technical requirements to key stakeholders. This will involve close collaboration and communication with sales, product management and engineering teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our clients target market
• Manage key customer accounts across NI/ROI
• Support the implementation and execution of marketing and sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, trade shows which will require a willingness to travel across NI
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure successful product implementation and satisfaction.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales within Construction or Engineering
• Maintain a deep understanding of products and services.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
• Strong understanding of system engineering and asset monitoring.
• Full driving license
