The Job:(Warehouse Manager / Transport Manager / Logistics Manager)
- Manage warehouse activities including goods receipt, storage, inventory mgt, order fulfilment, packaging and despatch.
- Maintain optimum layout and storage practices, and Operational Excellence.
- Allocate resources and achieve key objectives, ensuring SOP’s are followed and warehouse staff mentored
- Standardise processes, working closely with various depts within Supply Chain.
- Eliminate Waste and Increase efficiency
The Person:
- You’ll have 5 plus years in a warehouse environment and good Supervisory experience
- You’ll currently be in a similar role, managing people, inventory, safety, on time delivery and accuracy
- Experience reducing waste and improving processes
- Strong People/ Warehouse Management and problem solving skills
- Good Leadership & Mentoring abilities
