General Operative

We are seeking a reliable General Operative to support production activities across the workshop. The role involves assisting with preparation, handling, and movement of components through various stages of the finishing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare components for coating processes (dipping, sanding, cleaning)

Hang and organise parts on production lines

Assist with general workshop and production duties

Support team members to maintain smooth workflow

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment desirable

Good attention to detail and quality awareness

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks
