With year-on-year organic growth we are seeking to strengthen the existing Warehousing Teams based at our Northern Ireland Depots in Dromore & Culcavy (Hillsborough) Co. Down. It is our goal to continually provide and maintain the highest possible standards within our industry.
Job OverviewWe are seeking dynamic, energetic and conscientious FLT Operatives to join our existing teams. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the loading / unloading of our customers goods in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
Positions Available From:
- Culcavy (Hillsborough) Co. Down
- Dromore Co. Down
Available Shift Patterns
- 4on 4off Dayshift
- Mon Fri Dayshift (limited availability)
- Weekend Dayshift (Casual & Contracted)
Duties Include
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Safely and efficiently operate forklift truck to move, locate, stack and store products throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and replenish stock.
- Record and report all discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in line with BRC requirements.
- Ensure your line manager is immediately informed of any discrepancies, damages, accidents, and maintenance issues.
- Safely strap loads as per company policy
- Strict compliance to all H&S policies
- Conduct safety checks on FLT and maintain appropriate documentation.
Essential Criteria
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Min 1 years experience in similar role
- Basic Computer literacy
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to regulations
- Ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic with an eye for detail
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Salary
- Competitive Salary – Salary is £31k – £34k shift dependent
- Overtime Paid
- Extra Shifts available
- Bank Holidays Double Time
