Were working with an established manufacturer in Belfast to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, youll coordinate maintenance activities, improve equipment reliability and support the engineering teams.

The Role:

• Plan and schedule maintenance work across sites.
• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Keep maintenance records up to date using the CMMS.
• Organise spare parts and resources for engineering work.
• Support improvements to equipment reliability.
• Coach engineering teams and promote safe working practices.

What Were Looking For:

• Maintenance knowledge and experience planning engineering work.
• Ability to prepare job plans, maintain CMMS records and coordinate resources.
• Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills.
• A clear focus on safety.
