As part of their continued growth and commitment to clinical excellence, were seeking a passionate and experienced Charge Nurse to lead and inspire within their nursing team.
The Role:
As a Charge Nurse, you will take the lead in coordinating and delivering exceptional care, ensuring that high clinical standards are consistently met. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with strong leadership qualities who thrives in a dynamic, compassionate care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit
Supervise, support, and mentor nursing and care staff
Allocate patient care effectively to ensure safe and efficient workflows
Monitor patient health, manage care plans, and respond to clinical changes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
Act as a key point of contact and advocate for patients and their families
What Youll Need:
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
Strong leadership, communication, and team-working skills
A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
