Head of Finance – Path to CFO | PE-Backed Growth

CMA Executive is partnering with a fast-growing private equity-backed organisation to appoint a Head of Finance in Surrey, onsite five days a week. Reporting to the CFO, this leadership role will oversee the day-to-day finance function across a multi-entity group and strengthen financial controls, reporting and forecasting.

The successful candidate will lead budgeting, cashflow, statutory reporting and audit, support acquisitions and post-acquisition integration, and develop the finance team.
