Hybrid HR Business Partner – ER & TUPE Lead

Atlas is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead Employee Relations (ER) and TUPE across the Group. The role is hybrid, with regular presence at the Datchet office to enable collaboration with stakeholders and teams.

You will guide ER strategy, governance, and risk management, driving value-led decisions in a high-volume environment. You will oversee complex cases, TUPE activity, and organisational change, while coaching HR teams and ensuring compliance with UK law and ACAS guidance.
