Dr. Martens is recruiting a Credit Manager to lead the global credit risk and collections function within the Accounts Receivable team.

You will balance commercial opportunity with risk, shaping consumer-centric strategies and supporting rapid, profitable decision-making across the business. You will drive process improvements, leverage data and AI-enabled tools, and collaborate across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to embed best practices and deliver strong cash flow.
