Job Description:
Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Freelance Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor specialising in fire safety and cladding remediation projects across Manchester and the North West. You will support the commercial team with subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost reporting, variations, take-offs and final accounts on live projects.
The role requires previous main contractor experience; experience in cladding, remediation, refurbishment or fire safety is highly desirable.
