What You’ll Be Doing
Lead implementations from project kickoff through production deployment.
Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, risks, and deliverables.
Command customer meetings and keep stakeholders accountable.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and enterprise application integrations.
Oversee testing, deployment readiness, and production rollout.
Manage change requests and customer communications.
Ensure smooth transitions to support and customer success teams.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
Strong customer-facing leadership and executive presentation skills.
Familiarity with IDP, OCR, document automation, or workflow platforms.
Understanding of AI technologies and enterprise integrations.
PMP certification preferred.
