Contract Finance Manager – Real Estate Reporting & Treasury

Kennedy Pearce Consulting is recruiting an ACA-qualified finance professional to join a real estate group on a 9-12 month contract. The role is based in South West London (4 days in the office) and covers financial reporting, treasury, debt and cash management across a portfolio of assets.

Responsibilities include managing reporting timetables, preparing packs, audits, VAT/tax, and liquidity management. Travel in Europe is expected; French knowledge could be advantageous.
