Senior Cost Manager – Major Projects & Value Delivery

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Commission Manager to lead end-to-end cost management on major programmes across real estate and infrastructure. You will oversee feasibility, cost planning, tendering, contract administration, and final accounts, while driving value engineering and carbon reporting using The Hive and CostX.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff, contributing to our NewLeaf strategy and sustainable project delivery.
