Strategic Multi-School Operations Manager

Caterlink seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a group of schools, a mix of primary and secondary, with a 52‑week Monday–Friday schedule. You will lead and develop the teams, drive performance against KPIs in health, safety, retention, quality and finance, and build strong client relationships across your portfolio.
