Interim Design Manager – High-Rise/Refurb Projects (Midlands)

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an Interim Design Manager for Midlands projects. You will drive design from RIBA Stages 1-4, oversee a small design team, coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders, and ensure programmes and deliverables stay on track across 2-3 active projects.

You will attend Redditch office one day per week and support PSA development, with a Midlands regional focus and a 6-month contract. Previous high-rise residential experience is essential.
