Operational Lead – Child Protection Conferences

Wiltshire Council is seeking an Operational Lead (Conference & Reviewing) to provide inspirational leadership to the CP Chair team and ensure efficient multiagency child protection conferences across the county. You will lead day-to-day delivery of core functions, collaborating with operational managers to fulfil safeguarding responsibilities.

You will bring a social work qualification, experience with looked after children and statutory reviewing processes.
