Senior Financial Crime Controls Lead (Remote UK)

Monzo is seeking a Senior Financial Crime Analyst to join the Actions Squad and own global risk controls across MBL and MBEU. You’ll use data to monitor performance, identify threats and drive improvements while balancing risk and customer experience.

You’ll work with Finance Crime, Operations, Product and Engineering to deliver compliant and customer-focused solutions, lead cross-functional initiatives and handle complex portfolio priorities on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
