London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a substantive Band 8b Pharmacist to lead a specialist rheumatology pharmacy service across the Trust. You will drive medicines optimisation, oversee high-cost therapies, and shape governance and clinical standards.
You will run pharmacist-led outpatient clinics, manage inpatient pharmaceutical care, and develop prescribing pathways while teaching and mentoring staff. Progression to 8b is competency-based.
