Sonno Homes is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to lead buy-side and leasing negotiations for hotels and vacation investment homes across Europe and Asia. This full-time remote role involves sourcing properties, building relationships with owners and agents, conducting market analysis, and negotiating terms.
You will coordinate with the sales team and CEO, structure deals including cash offers, corporate leases, and creative finance, and ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.
