Advanced Clinical Practitioner & Prescriber – Primary Care

The Hollies Medical Practice is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our busy team. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working closely with GP partners, pharmacists, nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality care.

The successful candidate will be an experienced prescriber with a Masters-level qualification and will provide clinical leadership, triage patients, and participate in home visits within the catchment area.
