Looking for a customer service role where you’re genuinely valued?

We’re working with a fantastic, well-established business on the outskirts of Redhill who are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care & Orders Advisor to their growing team.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that genuinely values its employees, invests in their development and prides itself on creating a supportive, positive working environment.

You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team where customer service is at the heart of everything they do. This isn’t simply about answering calls and responding to emails; you’ll take ownership of customer queries, resolve issues and play an important part in ensuring customers receive an excellent experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Managing customer complaints, investigating issues and working towards effective resolutions.
  • Processing new customer orders and managing the full order process through to completion.
  • Handling returns, refunds, credits and delivery-related queries.
  • Providing customers with accurate information on products, services, pricing and company policies.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM system.
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure customers receive the support they need.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring everything is followed through to resolution.
  • Working towards service level agreements, response times and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who already has a background in customer service or customer care, ideally with experience in a busy, customer-facing environment.

You’ll ideally have experience with:

  • Handling customer complaints and resolving challenging situations.
  • Processing customer orders and managing order administration.
  • Dealing with returns, refunds and general account queries.
  • Managing customer enquiries across telephone and email.
  • Using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.

Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who is:

  • Confident, personable and naturally enjoys speaking with people.
  • Calm, professional and empathetic when dealing with difficult situations.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A confident problem solver who takes ownership rather than passing issues on.
  • A positive team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive working environment.

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary of up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Excellent additional company benefits.
  • A genuinely supportive and welcoming team.
  • A business that values its employees and actively encourages personal development.
  • Opportunities to develop your skills, broaden your experience and progress within the business.

Why consider this opportunity?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely cares about the people who work for them. They recognise the importance of creating a positive working environment, supporting their employees and providing opportunities for individuals to develop and grow.

If you’re an experienced Customer Service or Customer Care professional looking for a company where you can feel valued, make a difference and build a long-term career, we’d love to hear from you!
