Project Manager Surveillance

Overview

In this hybrid role you will support the Compliance function by managing projects and analyzing data related to monitoring trading activity. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, guiding delivery from initiation through testing and implementation. You’ll analyze systems and data flows, help design data processes and controls, and onboard new data sources. This fast-paced environment rewards proactive collaboration and a focus on improving surveillance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and define business and data requirements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Support delivery of projects from initiation through testing and implementation
• Analyze systems, processes and data flows
• Help design and improve data processes and controls
• Assist with onboarding and testing of new data sources
• Aid issue investigation and resolution including production data
• Provide regular updates and manage priorities
• Contribute to process improvements and technology enhancements

Key requirements

• Experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role
• Background in financial services and regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with data, systems, and process analysis
• Understanding of delivery lifecycles (e.g. Agile)
