Project Manager

Overview

In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of products, applications, and services for customers in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will bridge technical and customer-facing teams to ensure clear mandates, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. You’ll participate in risk and budget management while guiding project governance and meetings. Responsibilities

• Deliver products, applications, and services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work cross-functionally to support customer engagement and product/service expansion
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure project mandates are understood, agreed, and delivered on schedule
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle
• Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring minutes are produced and shared
• Manage project budgets

Key requirements

• Experience working in a customer-facing SAAS environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organisational, administrative, and prioritisation skills
• Ability to resolve or escalate issues effectively and sensitively
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Desirable: ICT or related degree, IT Apprenticeship, or relevant industry experience
• Desirable: PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP qualification
• Desirable: Scrum Master qualification
• Desirable: Agile and/or Scrum delivery experience
• Desirable: Experience delivering IT application and/or telecommunications solutions within Public Sector and Corporate environments
